- company founded by Józef Matuszewski
1956 - 1982
- forging services, production of agricultural machines and tools, steel construction
1982
- activities expanded into water and gas valves and taps
1990
- name changed to: FERRPOL KTM
1992
- first direct export to EU
1996
- purchase of first CNC machines, vertical axis
1997
- founding of subsidiary DZF Agrotechnik

- awarded ISO 9002 certification

- production of MAG 2000 gas valves begins
- SYSTECH company begins operating

- ERP system implemented

- new production/warehouse facilities constructed in Sierakowo
